We worked closely with the architect and developer to transform a shipping container into a bright, elevated home that surpasses expectations. Every detail was carefully planned to optimize the stunning views of Kanab and create an unforgettable living experience.

  • Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living: Expansive, fully windowed front panels blur the lines between the interior and the desert landscape, allowing natural light to flood the home and offering panoramic views of Kanab Creek and the surrounding mountains.
  • Infrastructure Development Support: As one of the inaugural homes in this development, Oak-n-Crete played a crucial role beyond construction, carefully preparing the raw land, overseeing all necessary utility installations, and establishing the essential infrastructure to pave the way for future phases.
  • Strategic Negotiations: We successfully negotiated with the city for the construction of the access road and the installation of all civic infrastructure. This pivotal step transformed previously unbuildable lots into beautiful, developable properties.
  • Enhanced Accessibility and Maintenance: The inclusion of a 4-foot crawlspace, a rare feature in southern Utah homes, provides easy access for future maintenance and repairs.
